I attended a Bridal Expo in Oak Brook, IL in May 2008. I "won" a drawing where I would receive $350 off of any laser hair removal of my choice. I went and paid $580 total for six treatments, to date have only had three.
Today I called to schedule my next appointment at the Woodridge Office and found that the number had been disconnected...I looked online and suddenly found that this place is a huge scam!! I paid for six treatments for laser hair removal and have only had three! I'm really concerned because this was something that I've always wanted and this place seemed to be very affordable (now I know why).
Upon further review, I've noticed that all of the IL offices have closed, and they aren't even on the website any longer, I am currently in the process of contacting the St. Louis Office to get the remaining three treatments (fingers crossed) to finish this up! Everyone please beware!!!
I would really like to know if someone is planning on pursuing this? I would be interested if you are!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to speak with Kim at the St. Louis office and I got some answers!!
Kim stated that the offices in/near Chicago (especially Woodridge) closed due to reconstructing of the company. They aren't closed forever, just temporarily. They're also merging with some other company to keep the prices so low.
I have an appointment this month down in the St. Louis office and I know that some may not be able to travel down there, but it's close for me so my file is being moved and I can finish my treatment!
Hopefully everyone else can finish the treatments that they've paid for! Kim also stated that all of the Laser Clinics are in the same family so you CAN finish your treatment at another location!
