United Marketing Group Posably United Marketing Group Possibley Aka Bear charged my credit card twice 14.95 without my consent Schaumburg illinois

I had bought sham wow towels product online, day later they shared my info with united marketing group out of Schaumburg, IL. To contact Sham Wow emailronny@squareoneent.com is the only contact info they have on their website, I think this company is out Germany in Europe, I had received an email from united marketing group via email stating because I purchased a product from Sham Wow I could receive 25 gift car from Wal Mart or Gas Card, I never gave any of my credit card info yet they went to charge my credit card twice on same day. I truly believed my info was secure but I guessed wrong. I don't know who regulates marketing company to have access to consumer credit card, I understand if I'm solicited via mail or email and if I happen to do business with this marketing company, I will be the one to give my credit card info. I believe Sham Wow company should be investigated for this. I will also file attorney general compliant on either united marketing group or Sham Wow.
