United Voice Messaging ripoff dishonest fradulent billing identity theft Boston Massachusetts

United Voice Messaging www.uvmessaging.com fraudulently obtained my computer IP Address, my ISP, my name, my mothers maiden name, my phone number and my date of birth. They used this information to bill my Mothers Verizon Phone Bill for an 800 Voice Messaging Service for $15.74. I did not at any time or by any means request this service or provide this information to United Voice Messaging. They are listed on the Internet as a Rip-Off Company with scenarios exactly like mine. They claim I applied for the service through Comcast Cabel Communications. The service is billable through my local phone company for $13.22 a month. They claim to have canceled the service but said the refund of the $15.74 would take several billing cycles. They claim to have sent me 3 e-mail messages confirming the order which they did not do and could not reproduce.
