United Voice Messaging ripoff - unauthorized - Boston Massachusetts

Upon calling local phone co. concerning a charge I did not know about, they gave me a number to call. The number was for United Voice Messaging and they said that I ordered the service on line and provided my security information to do so. The only time I had given out my security information, to the best of my recollection, was to get some feed back on a pin number that I had forgotten.

I would never order this service and did NOT order this service. I cannot figure out how they got my security information unless they did it "undercover"....under the guise of providing pin numbers. I still do not know what this service is and my suspicions increased when I saw others on this site with the same complaint.
