Universal Gas & Electric price protection is what i heard but not what i got Southfield Michigan

Both my self and my wife were scammed into this "PRICE PROTECTION" B.S. I was talked into it for my business and was promised my gas bill would not ever go over .84 cents per ccf witch in fact it went up to .99 cents with out the regular gas prices changing a bit. My wife was promissed the same crap and our gas charge at home is $1.05 per ccf how is this "PRICE PROTECTION" WHO IS IT PROTECTING? Not us!! When we called to cancel we were told we had to mail a letter explaining why we wanted to cancel in detail with a check for $250.00 . they could not tell me over the phone how much it would be for my business to cancel. WHAT A BUNCH OF B.S.!! I would like to take them to court so if anyone can help please let everyone know. LET IT BE HEARD LOUD SO THESE SCAMMERS CAN BE PUT AWAY before they hirt any more consumers. thank you
