Unlimited Local Savings I applied for a payday loan which I received on 1/24/11. On 1/26/11 $49.99 was withdrawn from my checking. Called bank was told ULS had taked money. I called was told I authorize it when I got my payd Internet

I applied for a pay day loan through Advance Me Today online on 1/21/11. I received the money 1/24/11. On 1/26/11 $49.99 was taken frommy checking account without my knowledge. I called the bank to ask who withdrew this amount and was told on 1/21/11 I had authorized this. I was then told it was through Unlimited Local Savings. I told her I don't know what that was and she gave me their telephone number.

I called and spoke with a representative and was told that when I got the pay day loan I also signed a agreement with Unlimited Local Savings. I told her no I didn't and if I knew this I wouldn't have got the loan and I wanted her to cancel this subscription and I wanted a refund. She said she had cancelled it and gave me this website www.ulsrefund.com to get my refund. I filled out application to get refund and am supposed to hear back from them within 72 hours.

I want to know how can people who need temporary financial help get ripped off this way. Why would someone in financial need who has to pay back extradinary finance charges on a loan sign up for extra money to be taken from their bank account from a unknown entity. I feel like the loan I took out has set me back even more. This Company is taking advantage of people in financial need and it is despicable. I just hope I get my refund back and someone of authority looks into this rip-off to help people like me not get taken advantage of.
