unlimited local savings Unauthorized Bank Charges scottsdale, Arizona

I found out today that this company made an unauthorized charge to my bank account for $49.99. When I contacted customer service, they were very rude. I demanded to speak to a supervisor but was denied. I was given a website to file for a refund but after doing some research on this company I don't expect my money back. They also caused my account to overdraft which I was charged an additional $30 by my bank. They are associated with payday loans. I did apply to one website for a payday loan and have since been inundatedwith emails and phone calls stating I have been approved. I have even found one company deposited a loan of $250 into my account that I never even signed any agreements with. Stay away from payday loans on the website. After receiving over 100 approvals - I think that I will need to cancel my bank account and start a new one. I have filed a complaint with the BBB for the Unlimited Local Savings to see about getting a refund but I am not sure I will.
