They have in the Internet a sign that says they deliver anywhere in North America. I order on December 12 a Birthday Flowers basquet for 62.98 to be delever to my wife on her Birthday that was my present to her on December 13th I paid for the flowers and the delivery for the next day.
She never received it I called several times to the number 1-888-244-4531 and a voice mail comes up telling you the different option that they have. It says press 2 for tracking an order and check the status but everytime you press 2 it says that the office hours are from monday thruogh friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time and please leave a message with the order number, name, phone.
I called several times today Tuesday December13th between those Hours and same thing and left a message and I never recieved a call from them. It seems that you can never track your order because it doesn't matter if is busines hours they just don't pick up the phone if you press the option 2 to track an order.
I get tired of that and then I press 1 "For Sales". Well of course as soon as you press 1 they pick up the phone almost inmediately cause you are calling to spend the money on them. So my call finally was answer and then I explained the situation to the representative and she told me that they will find out about my order and they will give me a call back.
Guess what I get tired of waiting so I called back again and press 1 "For Sales" again and this time I was able to speak to other represntative who told me that my order is still in the warehouse. So it is almost 3 PM and they knew that my order was for a busines and my wife leave at 4 PM. So I asked them to cancel my order, let's hope that they cancel it.
But I'm very upset with this situation cause that was my Birthday present for my wife and I trust that company now I have to see what I can get her for her Birthday.
Please if you want to order flowers online I won't recommend you the site www.urbanflorist.com you can not trust this people.
At least they could call me and let me know what was the situation but they just didn't.

Now I have request by the phone Yesterday that my Order was Canceland also by e-mail and I did that when they told me that my order was in the warehouse to be delivery!!!!
They just want to rip people off, I hope evrybody can read this a see what kind of people is these. Also now I am the guilty one because I have to understand that they can not meet the deliveries because of this time of the year, well why they don't put that on their WEBSITE. I bougth for some flowers to be delivery yesterday not today or tomorrow and now I don't need them. Look here is the e-mail they sent me.

order with FedEx and it's estimated time of delivery is Dec 14, 2005 3:00
PM. I have the FedEx tracking number 725630454367, which you can use to
view further delivery details using the FedEx website. The nature of the
floral and gift business is one which is extremely time sensitive and
dependent upon major holiday periods, such as Halloween, Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professional's Week,
Easter, and Mother's Day. While we are pleased to offer same day delivery
on select items placed as late as 12:00 PM in the recipient's time zone on
a regular, non-holiday day, the high volume of orders we handle during
holiday weeks prevents us from guaranteeing delivery dates. We ask that
you be flexible during these times and place your orders as early as
possible. As well cancellation would not be possible because the order has
already been shipped out. We will make every attempt to cancel the order
with the florist but in cases where the delivery has been made or in the
process of being made we will not be able to cancel the order. I would
suggust to you to go back and read our terms and conditions, which you
agreed to before making this purchase to get a better understanding of the
