Do not use this company it is run out of Miami and the people at this particular company have determined that there is no need to please their customers and that if they are hours late or don't do a good job the customer needs to suck it up and get over it.

Lisa made a comment that "no GPS has estimated time of arrival" so if the driver said he would be there in an hour he doesn't know what he is talking about, because he can't tell, forget about the fact that the GPS devices do show estimated time of arrival or that if the driver has moved numerous homes in the area that they would know the area, Lisa had no need to make this statement yet she felt compelled to do so. (idiot)

Michael answers the phone and starts off by saying mam what do you want me to do about it and then would not let the situation be explained before butting in and saying what he felt the situation was, which it definitely was not what he said again another idiot.

Carla answers the phone and says oh your the lady who had a rescheduled time and then says well what do you want there was an incident and these things happen so have a nice day. Both Michael and Carla hung up after starting to argue which they were arguing with themselves all I wanted was there appology and better customer service but as Carla said "is that what your calling me for better customer service" which now I realize they are nice in the sales dept in order to get your business and then after that their attitude is so what I don't have time for you
