My family recently took four US Air flights and were treated worse than cattle being led to the slaughter house. The employees at the airline were rude, stated they really hated being at work (but needed a paycheck), the planes were in horrific shape, two out of the four seats we sat in were actually broken, the planes were dirty, they lost part of our luggage, the doors to the luggage compartment got stuck so 45 minutes were wasted tyring to get them open - TWICE out of the four flights and the exit door on one of the flights took 22 minutes to open because it got stuck as well.
The worst part is that NOBODY cares!!!
If you value your life and posessions - do NOT fly US Air.

you never said where you were flying sometimes
the flight could very well be on us air codeshar (mesa air and /or PSA)
those employes do not work for US but for the codeshare airline
