I had a 2 yr contract with US Cellular, when I was about 18 months or so into the contract US Cellular rep contacted me via phone and offered to upgrade my phone. We tale it over and I agreed ed to receive an upgraded phone. Not once was it ever mentioned that receiving an upgrade ment I was agreeing to a new 2 yr contract. Seeing as how I was NEVER informed that my getting an upgrade ment a new contract,I don't feel that I have to honor said contract,I informed us cell that I would not honor a contract I did not agree to and they could terminate the service. Now I've got this termination fee on my credit report. I've reached out to a few law firms but none are willing to go up against us cell, which I find heartbreaking because it's such an easy win.Im sure I'm not the only one they have pulled this on and any firm worth a hill of beans could turn this into a class action. I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a law firm that wouldn't be scared to go against US Cell. Or if anyone would happen to know the name of the law firm that won a class Acton against T Mobile.

Sorry NOT buying YOUR lie. Its COMMON KNOWLEDGE!!!! If YOU are in a contract and wish to upgrade to a new phone, YOU sign a NEW two year agreement. Did YOU just not READ??? For THEM to put YOU into a new two year contract, YOU HAD TO SIGN IT!!!!!! What it sounds like is that YOU DID AGREE but something has come up and YOU THINK that YOU can weasle out of the contract. It doesnt work that way. NO LAWYER is going to take on such a open and close case AGAINST you. YOU signed a new contract. YOU agreed to the terms and conditions of said contract. There is no lawyer who will waste thier time attempting to fight something YOU got yourself into. The carriers are tired of getting screwed by the self entitled morons that THEY call customers. There is NO HELP for your situation BECAUSE YOU AGREED TO IT!!!
