US cellular When entering contract say one thing but first bill 5 days later $500 then shut u off not 24 hours late yet then charge OUTRAGEOUS on next bill. Was told bills would b $258 a month 2 phones 2 tablets at $10 each umm NOOOOOONOOONONO NEVER WHAT THEY SAID . Last month was $678 of course had to pay $250 every week all month so they wont shut off 1 week later new bill is $745 really come on.... one customer rep told us well if u dont pay itll just keep getting higher i asked how can any justify paying that he told me i was being hostile and he didnt have to put up with it i said can we get itemized bill he told me N O Nationwide

 We was told when we agreed to contract bills will b $258 a month on 2 cells and 2 tablets we paid $380 that night after 6 hours of rep setting up plan, but then within 5 days we got shut off with a balance of $650 past due -Wait... What?... for 5 days? I called made part of the payment with agreement set to pay rest following week, ok did that, next bill 2 1/2 weeks later was $740... R U Kidding me? Almost $1,800 in less then a month, they claimed it was reinstallment fees, bill after was $470, and one after that $630 countenousley like this since Oct of 2015 till now did i mention im in roaming at my house 12 minutes from store we got phones from.... they will not give a full itemized bill on every call or text, they dont do that go on line but on line dont itemize either not like the consumer is lookin for but their version of such total calls and total text amounts data amounts each phone Ya like that really tells me anything at all..cant afford to break contract but cant afford to continue at this rate or we would've stayed with AT&T at least we never went over data and the bills was concestant every month. I can say as long as u call the morning ur bill is due but no later then that itll cost another reconnect fee if not ,but yes they are good about arrangements to pay a little every payday so you r stuck paying $150- $250 every week month in and month out. No wonder im bout to lose car, house, lights and cant feed kids on 1 paycheck for household. What A Rip Off!?!!!?!!! What a Scam
