US Mortgage Funding US Funding ripped us off. The company request $2000. in December 2009 stating that they could do loan modifications. It is now July 16, 2010 and the bank notified us that nothing is on file yet. Baca Raton, Florida

December 2009, we were contacted by Dan Selnick, sales representative, that they could help us  get a Loan Modification. We were told by Dan not to pay our mortgage and to send them $2000.00 to be paid over a 2 month. But they took $2500.00. We had to request our money back. Dan Selnick said  that we would get a full refund of our money if for any reason the Loan modification was not approved. We faxed in all of the paperwork. We spoke to numerous of people who were supposedly working on our case. As of Today, July 16, 2010, they have stopped receiving phone calls, I have left numerous of phone calls and no one is returning our phone calls. 6 months later the Bank stated that they have not heard of US funding and no work has been processed. The bank said that this company or any other compan cannot do anymore than what we can do. We will be contacting an attorney to get our money back and hopefully no one else will get betrayed and ripped off by these liars who are preying on people in financial difficulty.
