US Mortgage Funding IS A SCAM and took me for $1500.00!!!! Boca Raton, Florida

After I was laid off from my job and my wife's hours where cut at work, we felt the only thing we can do to save our house and not end up homeless with 4 kids was to try and get our mortgage payments lowered.

We spoke with David Katz, a "Modification Specialist" who said that our monthly payments are Way to high and that his company could get them lowered by "At Least" $900.00 a month. He also told us that the entire process will not take longer than 30 days and that during the process, our mortgage payments are put on hold. Turns out that everything he told us was either incorrect or just a straight out lie to sucker us in.

After working with David, we where forward over to a processing agent Alex Cusson. After working with US Mortgage Funding, David and Alex for approx. 6-7 months now, a few things have come up.

First, the payments that they could lower for us, only could go down $50.00.

Second, the 30 days to complete the process is now up to almost 7 months.

Third, the explanation that our mortgage payments would be on hold till after the process had been completed was totally WRONG. And since they told us not to speak with our mortgage company or we will default on our contract and loose our money, we didn't know that until we started receiving letters.

Fourth, I can't get a response to my request to have my money refunded since not only was nothing done, but there incorrect information has put us deeper in a hole and put us worse off than before this process has started.

Please, if you get a phone call from this US Mortgage Funding company, DO NOT TALK WITH THEM! They will literally steal your money and put you in a worse situation that your trying to get out of!!!
