USA Financial card took 200.00 dollars out of my bank account giving me false information that it was a credit card. Now after they took out the 200.00 out of my account they tell me something totaly defrent, like this isn't a credit card and I can only make online purchases. If this was the case I would of never sighned up for this. I just want my hard working money back. Clearwater florida

I had recieved a call saying I was approved for a credit card up to $2000.00 and all I had to do was have 200 in my account. so they can take out but that was going towards my monthy payments. they did not say anything about it not being an actual credit card until I had called about me recieving a letter that I had to sign. They had took out the money about 17 days ago. and said as soon as they received it I would be getting the letter. well I called and spoke to the superviser who was very rude, said that it was not a credit card, its an on line purchuse, I had told her that this is not what I was told in the begining, and if that was the case I would not have let them take the money out. I told her that I would like to cancel, But she had said that its too late, that I agreed to everything. I had told her that I didnt sign anything I havent got the card. And I should be able to get my money back. I ask to speak to there manger, she told me NO. I kept telling her that the person who called me told me everything different from what she is telling me. And all she had to say was that they know what they say, and im the one who misunderstood. I had went to there website and seen that this happen to many others as well. The same situation and nothing was being done. I should have been more careful, But when you get an offer like this its hard to say no and I needed to billed my credit.
