USA Financial told 2000 limit to build credit back after 200 out of bank account. nothing about website only purchase told could pay anything with card and vouchers Internet

I was called on my cell phone. Spoke with lady who got all my info and told me that i would receive a card that had a 2000 dollar limit for me to rebuild my credit. told absolutely nothing about a website that i would have to use it on only for purchases on there.

was also told that i would receive the 200 taken out of my account in return with 4 fifty dollar vouchers that i could use to pay for ANYTHING!!!! not off the website that i never knew about. 200 was taken out and then i received the vouchers and card.

the card is only a piece of paper and the vouchers say on them can only be used for the payment of the card. I was never told over the phone of anything about a website only purchase. i am a college student who is already paying things off and i thought this was a nice way to help me out.

i was scammed out of 200 dollars and now they have not answered there number for over two weeks. i have emailed and called repeatedly to cancel......and there is nothing or nobody to talk to. Please help....i want my money and security back.
