USBI - ONE CALL COMM ripoff, Fraudulent Dishonest Billing Nationwide, U.S.A. Internet

Recently I received my phone bill and found a charge of $58.92 from USBI-ONE CALL COMM Which showed that I made three phone calls on 7/31/04 to Guyana XX
1st call 7/31 @ 12:50pm # 05925681833 time 1:00min amount $4.39
2nd call 7/31 @ 12:51pm # 05925681833 time 20:00min amount $25.08
3rd call 7/31 @ 1:12pm # 05925661662 time 20:00min amount $25.08
Federal Tax $1.64 State Tax $2.73 Total amount $58.92

When I inquired about the charges at USBI they refered me to ONE CALL COMM at there toll free # 1-800-276-7606 and that they would be able to assist me further with my concern.

I did not make these calls and never heard of Guyana XX.

What a total run a round.

This is a ripoff, And I won't pay it!!!!
