after payin for a movie directexpress kept  on taking money out of my account,when i tried to dispute the transaction i was summarly hung up on after prompting the #6 [question transaction]option on their contact us info i found it all but impossible to talk to a human or computer to solve this problem now i canceled directexpress and am thankful it was only a movie it happened on,[could have taken my rent 3 times instead]if you get directexpress i recommend u cancel it before this happens.cause if u try to correct them forget it and kiss your money goodbye.
