i have a usdirectexpress card and have had nothing but problems with it declining everytime i use it when i have the money on it i tried to pay 2 bills and was declinded but took the money off so i called usdirectexpress and they told me it take 5 days to put it back on my card so now my electric and phone is gonna get turned off
