Vacation Promotions I bought a $498dollar package; rescinded it in three days. They refuse to refund the money. New Port Richey Florida

I agree with Dan Brighton's ripoff report. Vacation Promotions is the culprit,
their staff being rude, and using fraudulent and shoddy practices. They refuse to refund my $498dollars to my creditcard, though I rescinded my contract in the first few days.

Two months later: I have spoken twice with customer service manager
Mike Acosta. Initially he said yes to a refund and did nothing....now says
He is following all the rules, and I did not follow rules. I think it's a case for the Florida Attorney General; and/or a class action suit.
