Vacation Promotions Refund policy was a lie! New Port Richey Florida

My wife was pressured to buy a $ 400 package. Upon receipt of the material we decided to cancel within the 30 day period. We returned all the documents by registered mail.

We followed up by phne calls to find out when we could expect our refund. Initially the agent said it was received and was being processed. After multiple phone calls, the reply was that it had not been found and we we committed, according to the agent.

Over a year later, an agent called us and said we had not taken advantage of our pre-paid vacation. I explained that we had cancelled the option and were still waiting for our refund. The agent gave us some BS that did not make any sense and told us "too bad".

This agent then resent the 'package' to us and told us she had renewed the vacation package for another year.

Total frustration! All we want is our money back. This is a scam and should be investigated by the Florida BBB.
