Vacation Promotions refused to refund my money New Port Richey Florida

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought a packgage for $498dollars, then three days later rescinded my contract.
Vacation Promotions has refused to refund the money, saying I wrote on the contract when I returned it -- true. I wrote that I did no longer want the contract, and would they please return the money as promised by phone.
Manager Mike Acosta first said yes, will refund, then did nothing. Second phone call: he says the money is not coming back. It's a scam.
