Vacation Property Services Took $3100 dollers of mine and never heard from them since. Internet

I was selling my timeshare on craigslist when one day i received an email from Vacation property services stating that they have hundreds of buyers willing to buy. I called them and i asked them for how much they could sell my timeshare, and Kasandra grady told me that they have buyers willing to buy anywhere from 9,000 up to 31,000, and i told her that my timeshare dosent even cost that much. She told me that they sell the timeshares to people from out of state those people are the ones who spend more. i told her that i would sell me timeshare for 16,000 as long as i sell it ASAP. She told me that since she has a buyer that is willing to buy for 31,000 cash she could have the deal close at the end of the month right before valentines day 2010. It sounded all to good to be true so i told her no thank you i will try selling it by myself, i don't know how she did it but from talking to her for like 20 min she had a way of talking me into it. I went ahead and agreed to sell my timeshare with them for 31,000 just because she said that the person needed to buy ASAP, that worked for me also. She told me that they take 10% of the listing price, so i had to pay 3100. I went ahead and confermed my automatic check just becuase she told me that if i don't have the timeshare sold on the promised date which was Feb 26, 2010  @ 4:45 o'clock i would get all my money back.

Feb 26, 2010 has passed and i havent heard from them so i started calling the office, they told me kristal was bussy with clients can we leave a message. i called like 50 times that day and i never did reach her. I called everyday from the closing date and it has been a week until i finaly reached her and she told me that the client got sick and put in the hospital and cant buy the timeshare cuz he needs the money. I asked her why she never told me what was going on and why she never contacted me she said that she was out of town and that she was so bussy she didn't get a chance to call. When i called the office they said she was their but couldn't take the phone and a bunch of other reasons, so basically they all had different stories and none of them told me the same thing it was a whole bunch of different lies. When i mentioned the refund she  started to interupt me and changing the subject, until she said to me that she had to go thier were clients waiting for her. She told me she will get back to me and till this day April 5 2010 i have not heard from her since.

I called my cardmember dispute department but they keep on declining my case saying that i atherized the transaction and that i don't have enuff proof. I need help can anyone give me some advice on how to get my money back please i really need all the help i could get.
