Vacation Property Services Charge my card $999.00 on 6/8/10, Said take 14 days to complete paperwork then 4 ot 6 weeks to complete sale. St Petersburg, Florida

Audra Howard called us on 6/3/10.  We paid $999.00 on 6/8/10 as Mr. Howard said he had a client interested in our timeshare. His license number is TP8557. 

On June 22, 2010 he said everything went through for the sale, paperwork will be signed on June 23, 2010.  I asked the buyer's name he said he did not have it on his desk at that time.  After the paperwork is signed all will be completed by 4 weeks (July 17) or 6 weeks (July 31). 

I called July 21 and 22, 2010 for Audra Howard 877-781-7003.  He has not returned my phone call as of yet.

I did notify my credit card company that I was uneasy of this so they had put a "conditional credit" on Vacation Property Services.

Mr. Howard, all through this, has been very polite and I really thought he was on the level.  I would feel much better if he would call and update me though.

It is a shame that those of us who realize we made a mistake of buying into a timeshare and would like to find someone who really can help us to sell it, that we end up again being misused.  Timeshares just are not for the average middle class couple that can not afford to take a trip by the rules of timeshare.
