I received a call from this company guarenteeing the quick and profitable sale of my timeshare.  I found that they wanted $500 to do so, and told them I was not interested.  Weeks later, they call my husband at work to try again, this time asking for $1,000.  He said he told them he didn't think I would be interested.  Yesterday, I get a phone call from Kellem Espinoza and told him I was not interested and hung up.  He called back, and again I told him I was not interested.  He continued to call and when I became angry and told him not to ever call again, take my name off the list, he requested "further information" in order to fill out the request.  I refused, stating that all he had to do was cross my name off the list - he had all the information he needed, and to stop calling me.  He continued to call - about 15 calls in all.  I became suspicious when he tried to get me to say "Yes" when he asked me if I was sure about taking my name from the list.  I have heard that some companies record your consent, then send you a bill or some other charge for a service. so I refused to answer his questions.  He said that other peoplee from that company would not know that I was on the do not call list if I didn't cooperate, and the calls would keep coming. They call from cel phones and you can't file a complaint because they use different numbers.  I recorded 2 that this guy called from.  Because your timeshare deed is a matter of public record, these companies get your information and cannot be stopped by the do not call laws.  Just hang up on them if they try to call you, but something needs to be done.  Fifteen calls in one afternoon is harrassment, and if I knew how to file charges against this person and his company, I would have done so.
