It's been a year this month since Monica Reynolds called me on the phone and told me that she would sell my timeshare at Hilton Head or at the very least rent it out . She didn't want to brag but she was averageing a 97% sell/rent rate with her clients. And since my Resort was new and my week was during the PGA it would be a GREAT sale. So with all my medical bills I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. I sent my $699 in and started dreaming of paying off at least one of the doctors. I should have figured it out when she faxed my 1st so called contract. It had the wrong name on it, the wrong resort, and a couple other things. Then I tried to call her. Boy, that's a joke. NEVER got her!!Got lots of excuses. Everything from she's at lunch to she's sick to she's been in an accident to she's on vacation ...the list goes on and on!So my so called posting on their site has been for the WRONG resort. The one we bought was newer. But I could never get through to ask for a refund even though the contract said something about a refund. It's not honored if they make sure no one EVER returns your calls!!!

Has anyone been successful at getting there money back from these people? I would definitely be grateful if someone would let me know how to go about doing it. It's about time we stood up to money grubbing, greed minded people who think nothing about the ones they hurt to get what they want! Thank you in advance and have a blessed day and an even better one tomorrow .. Maybe we'd be better off just letting the answering machine take ALL our calls!
