Valentine & Kebartas - Stole Over $100k, Were Caught, NEVER PROSECUTED!! Caught stealing - never prosecuted Lawrence Massachusetts

From 1999 to 2005 Bill Collectors and Clerical staff from Valentine & Kebartas have been stealing money and leased equipment from consumers all over the country. They did this via US MAIL which is a federal violation of interstate commerce.

The scam was simple. The Collectors / clerical staff created a phony agency, Muffucci Collections. They told consumers (debtors) to pay the principle of the debt to Valentine & Kebartas (V&K) and pay the collection charges to Muffucci Collections. If collateral or equipment was involved the debtor was told to mail equipment to the phony agency, it was then sold.
The ring leader was Ellen Muffucci, a convicted felon. Ellen simply cashed the checks in her bank. SHE DID THIS FOR 7 YEARS. She had help but I dont know who they are.

SHE WAS CAUGHT!! . A client wondered who was MUFFUCCI COLLECTIONS. The end result, The client fired V&K, Ellen was fired, no charges were brought. The owner, Robert Kebartas, knows Ellen would tell about all the scams run out of his cesspool collection agency. WE ALL CAN EXPOSE THEM !!!

I know this cause Ellen Muffucci immiedately got a job at ACS in lowell,Ma doing collections. Probably starting the whole scam over again.

I have made complaints to the FBI and MA, FL, Idaho attorney generals office. They are all dragging their feet and hoping to pass the buck
