Valley freightliner I contacted this well advertised used truck company and spoke with an agent by the name Dan. He told me the trucks were $19000 but they have reduced to $ 1700000 and are rebuilt engines at 650k miles. I gave a deposit of 500 dollars since he claimed that was the last one. Olympia washington

He sent me an email to confirm just like advertised in their video promotion tha they would reimburse the flight ticket for the driver from whatever state. I fell into the trap of their video promotion and the lie that the truck is very well serviced and in very good condition. Thinking that the truck is a feightliner 2003 and rebuilt I did not doubt that freightliner could not service their truck or sell me a truck that has hidden trouble. I paid the truck and sent the driver after a week. The driver drove off and was given documents for dot reading the truck is serviced and no leak repairs. As soon as the driver drove about few miles the truck was shut off and was smoking in front. The company tried to repair the truck and could not by the road and had to tow back to their factory. The truck was repaired after a day and it was because of a fuel blockage filter.

The following week another driver went to see if the truck is ok and this time the driver insisted the oil was old and leaks but freightliner shut him off claiming its not true. The truck could not even start because the battery was dead and alternator dead. They refused to listen and jump started the truck. It was another few miles the truck shut off because of alternator and had to stay for another repair. Within few miles to Georgia from Seattle the truck was oozing oil and splashing on the whole truck at the back. When the driver contacted Dan of freightliner they agreed the driver gets somewhere to repair the truck but was at night. The driver and freightliner agreed to keep adding oil and get a repair shop. He drove slowly to get to Ga adding like 5 gallons to take it near home since it was not road worth and a fire risk. We called freightliner Valley to direct us where to take the truck. They had insisted all along that they will make sure the watch the truck and should not have any mechanical issues and it it did they will fix. They confirmed we take the truck to Freightliner Ga and and sent an email to be given the estimate. This was a big lie. When the estimate was sent to them it was going to cost some 6000 to repair the oil leak. They never answerered our cals from there and told us if we think they are there to pay our repairs we can have their attorneys no. They never responded to our calls and emails and insisted it was as is.. They refused to pay even diagnosis charge of 500 at the freightliner in Ga and kept off. We could not be given the truck back from repair shop until we paid another 500 dollars for diagnosis. Could we have bought this truck no. could we refer someone to Valley freightliner for a old truck no. infact their trucks come from GTI a trucking company so Valley make their r profit. Just keep off. keep off completely they will sweet talk you to buy and reimburse your flight ticket to get there but even simple repair they will not do and you will be on your own.
