I washed my clothes but then all the dryers would take my money but would not work. I was left with all wet clothes. I loaded up my wet clothes and was leaving. I saw a Value Place maint employee. He just laughed when I said Hey none of your dryers work so I now have all wet clothes. I then went across town to a laundry mat. It was also run my Coinmash. and the min thier LAUNDRY CARDS will take is $5. So it took me three hours and $10 to wash and dry one load of laundry.
While drying my wet clothes I called Value place lubbock # and asked for customer service. All I got was "we do not own the machines call coinmash" and bla bla bla you have to call coinmash. I called coinmash and "you have to submit a report over the internet". And They denied my request for my money back. I see from the local court records they sue everbody in town over thier laundry service contracts.
I wrote this on several online travel sites and including facebook. Valueplace and coinmach just get it deleted and they only keep the positive reports everything else gets deleted. Now they harrase me day and night with phone calls. I have made reports to the police, BBB, and TSA since I am a Airline Transport Pilot they call day and night so that I get no rest to do my job flying. Over the $10 they stole from me.
They do nothing but harasse me and I still have not gotten My $10 Back that there machines stole from me.

The stereotypes that are at the heart of Mr. Richardson's propaganda efforts are untrue at best. His purpose is to create a perception that his efforts were always ethical and honorable, while those of this company were always unethical and dishonorable. When it comes down to it simple facts the story is quite asinine. I have in my keep several documents where Mr. Richardson has graded and surveyed the location in a most favorable light and also has taken the time to hand write favorable comments about his past and current stays on these documents. He has also been kind enough to sign each one of them. Also, these same documents come attached to a SIGNED copy of ALL his charges and total amounts paid to the company showing no increase has been made to sign rate. Mr. Richardson also has not been able to identify what staff member he talked to by name or be able to point them out when questioned face to face. No comments or complaints have been brought up to the staff or management at this location, while Mr. Richardson was staying at the location for a seven day time frame. Only at the end of the stay, during checkout, did he make any attempt to let the staff know of any issue and refused to let the staff make any attempt to fix it.
Mr. Richardson continues to make false comments on various internet sights such as this one to try to tarnish the reputation of brands that offer great service on all aspects of doing business. Although, we are not always able to make everyone happy we do our best within the confines of good business. Mr. Richardson is simply looking for attention, but the type of attention he may receive might not be what he is looking for.
Lastly, Mr Richardson, if you want to try to make a company look bad, check to see if there is a camera with audio recording capabilities around....yeah we heard everything and we can reproduce all the conversations that you had. Also we can see how you tired to "operate" the dryers and can reproduce that as well, and try not to leave a nice hand written survey with the staff as well, we don't just throw them away either.
