Vanderbuilt mortgage Laid off from work after paying mortgage payments for3 years all before due date called mortgage company to get help they told me to call schelp.gov and they would assist I did so schelp called me couple days later said they couldnt help because mortgage company has house claimed as personla property and land claimed as real property and there was nothing they could do  Maryville Tennessee

called mortgage company back they said or played dumb said i dont know why they have helped other clients we had asked for property of house to be re enstated on title as teal property so i could get help yhey refused called every goverment help agency every one had same answer mo they couldnt help me now i find out i was also sold house that is not ip to sc code for the wiring and the water pipes and the roof was nad and has leaked long before i moved in called a lawyer but still hadnt found job but he did tell me that vanderbuilt mortgage is what they call predatory loan co. Who put sneaky rider clauses ino there contracts so you cant get help i was told by inspector this house should have never been sold and the person that vanderbuilt has inspecting houses is passing what shouldnt be passed i am alone in this world and worked 100 hrs a week to buy the land and home and this is also my first time buying one and seems to me someone would step up and help me from vanderbuilt taking it and all building codes be fixed to code so i could keep a home i worked so hard to get there
