I was severely misinformed and cheated by Brady Doyle, the Verizon Wireless representative located in 3928 Colonel Glenn Highway, Fairborn, OH 45324. As a result my first bill was on $136 larger than it supposes to be and my regular bill (for the rest of my 2-years contract) will be larger on 24% than expected (from what I was told by Brady Doyle). The manager of Brady Doyle, Shannon (do not know her last name), not only did not help me to resolve this problem she simply hide from me.

About the return policy for the contract with Verizon Wireless. Formally speaking one can terminate contract during first 30 days without penalty. However it doesnt work practically, since you still should pay hundreds of dollars (activation fees and so on ) after the very first day you start to use service. For me it means that there is no any user friendly way to stop contract after you sign it, even so the Verizon Wireless representative is intentionally (or not) misinformed you.
