I went in the Verizon Store in Deptford NJ on September 04, 2012. I was looking for a Home Internet Solution because every Internet provider told me they would not supply the Area I live in. The Agent from the Verizon Store recommended the Verizon Jetpack 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot to me and told me I would be on a $50 a month Plan.

I asked the Agent if I would be able to connect my PlayStation 3 Console to the Mobile Hotspot. The Agent said that it wouldn't be a problem and explained how the process works. I was using the Device for 7 days when I received a Welcome Phone call from Verizon Wireless.

The Representative ask me how I like the Mobile Hotspot and also ask me if i want to upgrade to the $80 Plan because I already past my usage. Past my Usage? I really didn't understand what she meant so I went back to the Store I bought the Device from.

Evidently I returned the Jetpack right immediately after the Manager explained to me that my phone Bill would be over $200. 4 days later I received a Bill of $800! I called Verizon Wireless and we agreed that I will pay the $50 I signed up for and they will credit the rest back to my account.

5 days after the call I received a Bill of $1,054.89!!!!! I called again to resolve the issue and they told me the same thing. They will credit the amount so I would just pay the $50. Now my Account is over due and the Problem is still not solved. Great Costumer service! By the way every time I called I had someone else who told me they take care of it!

I received a phone call from a Debt Collection Agency trying to collect a Debt for Verizon Wireless. Great! I tried to build my Credit since 5 years. I called Verizon and asked the Manager why they sent the Bill to the Collection Agency. First she denied any accusation but when I told her that they just called me she apologized. ( for what Lying?) She explained then that Verizon decided to send the Bill to Collection because I wasn't cooperative. She told me that they offered me 50% off my Bill and I wouldn't have agreed on it. I don't know who they was talking to but that was definitely not me. I explained to her that if they would had offered me such a deal I would have accept it. I also asked her if I still would be able to get the 50% off and she told me no. How come they couldn't make the same offer now? Especially when they already collected a partial Balance on the Bill by sending it to the Collection Agency?
