Verizon Wireless Verizon Lied to about coverage & refund - very bad coverage here Internet

I bought a new Storm 2 and their WiFi wireless modem.  I was assured I would have good coverage in Everglades City Florida where I was going.  They showed me on thier map that all of Everglades City had the highest level of coverage.  They lied -there s very bad and dropping coverage in almost half of Everglades City.  The 1 tower is too far away - I think it an old Alltel tower.  2 times they told me they were sending a man out to actually check the tower - they never did.  One customer service representative saud I had been lied to by the last one and had me talk to a supervisor who assured me thateven though I had been strung out past the 30 days - since they could not give me service - I would be able to get mympneu back - that was a lie also.  I cannot use my modem for work so I am paying for other internet coverage.  If I go outside totalk - with my other neighbors on Verizon I have medium coverage - some dropped calls - if I am inside the phone usually does not even ring when I am called.  I even went back to the closest Verizon which was in Naples (45 minutes away from where I live) with in the 30 days with my equipment to return it - they lied to me and said the coverage was their highest and that I had not updated my phone properly (I thought I had but I believed their lie).  So I drove back home and my equipment which still did not work good.  After their many lies, hours and many calls with Verizon - I was told there was nothing they would do.  They suggested I buy a another piece of equipment to extent my ability to pick up thir signal.  I do not believe them and if that is true they should be willing to provide that for free since they say all of Everglades City has their highewst level of coverage.  The tower might be an Altell tower from what I can gather.
