Verizon Wireless Rebate ripoff, form given to me by Verison store was wrong form, store did not have new form Kingsport Tennessee

i bought 4 camera phones, with a $50 rebate, I filled out all forms (several) and attached the special number tag and sent it in. I received a letter saying rebate deniged. There was nothing as to why I was deniged.

I phoned the company and after 20 min of waiting I was told i had the wrong form, I explained that this was the form the store gave me. I was told that the store diden't have the right forms, because the corporate office had not sent them out. I ask how i could receive my rebate, and she said " I don't know, that there was nothing she could do" The phone was then hung up.

I called the local store and was told that there was nothing they could do untill they rec the new form, but they would call me when they came, that was Dec 04 when I purchased.
