My Verizon Wireless Mobile Broadband account opened in 2007 was out of contract, not upgraded, not renewed, month to month, paid in full and closed by me in accordance with their online "suspend my service without billing" offer.

I have absolute proof of this as I kept screenshots of the online process.

I also began service with a different Mobile Broadband service provider at the same time.

Although my device was appropriately immediately disabled, Verizon Wireless refused to acknowledge their own option to "suspend my service without billing"  which gave me a set amount of time to contact them to either restart service or close my account.  Instead, they apparently kept billing me, but without ever actually sending me the bills and then claimed over usage of data on my DISABLED DEVICE.

They are now fraudulently reporting $449 collection on my credit reports for two months of service on a DISABLED device.

I am well aware that this is a nefarious retaliatory action committed with malice because I previously WON a lawsuit against them in small claims court for their fraudulent data billing practices.  I use independent data monitoring and so I had PROOF.  And because they sent me a FALSIFIED contract renewal form (not signed by me) using a date of service the same as a technical service report.  At that date of technical service, I was refunded a month of service fees because they had trouble towers which took two weeks for them to resolve, and I participated in the troubleshooting of the issue, but I was unable to use the service.  They skewed this around to contrive a date of contract renewal.

Am I preparing to sue them under both state and federal law?  Oh you betcha.
