Verizon wireless Over charging for data, hotspot..... We pay for each byte and they have someone way of devaluing it and ensuring our bill is always maxed out. When you call they don't care to help you understand it. Tulsa/nationwide Nationwide

 We have used smart phones for 10 years as a necessity to keep up with the demands of business and life's requirements for correspondence. We live rural and we have never used as much data with any other company than Verizon. We bought the droid phone and turned off all cloud back ups options and auto updates. The first day we had our phones with Verizon without even a notice or anything we were over our 15 + data plan in one day. since then we have noticed a continual increase in data charges and overages. Which have stemed from what they say is mobile hotspot usage. We find it peculiuar that we have used more data every month with version and when the stock market droos we use even more, it as if they are using some system to monitor market prices in their stock and when it falls overages go up to stabilize the loss or something to that effect. I'm ready file a class action investigation into this mess.
