I joined a share everything plan with my brother who already had an account with verizon wireless. Understanding that they double bill the first month when a new service is added plus the activation fee, we didnt think anything of it when the bill was rather high that first month after i joined. But then when the bill came to be over $200 a month we realized something wasnt right.

We went to the verizon retail store wheree we signed up and found that the girl who set up our plan did it incorrectly. She kept my brother on his original plan and set me up on my own individual plan but set it up as a shared plan. So essentially, it was a plan within a plan as Josiah, a very helpful employee found out and explained to us. So here we are paying almost double what we ought to be every month.

With the shared plan we have it shold only cost us a little but over $80 a piece each month and we have now overpaid by almost $400!!!!!!!!! Josiah had called customer service for us and they offered us a piddling $60 back on our bill. That does not make up for the hundres of dollars we have now overpaid because of an employee who we found out has made the SAME mistake with many other customer accounts.

My brother called customer service but they said they could not and would not help him out. They flat out accused of him of trying to get out of paying the bill simply because he could not afford it. They would not listen to the fact that this employee made a mistake. I just want to refunded the difference between what we paid and what we should have paid.
