I recently placed an order for some bras that they advertise through their sale catalogues. My mistake! This was in August. Well, a few weeks later I got one bra! On the receipt it clearly stated that two had been shipped. Nope!

Later, I received a confusing letter in which it said another bra I was waiting for had been returned. Confused, I emailed them. I later learned this is how they deal with backordered items.

After emailing them again, I got the news that the red cotton bra that was on sale was longer in stock and I should be receiving it in October! What???!! After another slew of emails, I later learned the red bra was no longer being offered as well as the green one I had ordered. They never mentioned that one! I had to remind them. They took out money for it easily enough!

I had to remind them to refund my money too! After learning I would not be getting what I ordered even though it was clearly stated on my online account, they never offered a replacement or exchange. Nope, just an apology for they were moving into their new shipping facility and well, they appreciated my patience!

I shot off an angry email telling them exactly what I thought of them and instead of offering some sort of replacement item or sincere apology, I later get a confusing email that some 25$ gift card was on its way to me. That's how they deal with pissed off customers. They screw you over and offer a measly 25$ to shut you up. I haven't used mine. I'm going to cut it up into tiny pieces and send it to them!

They know full well their bras and underwear are expensive and no 25$ is going to let you get one of those 45$ bras that are supposed to be soooo great! You'd still have to cough up shipping and tax! I'm so angry and insulted still I told them where they could stick that gift card.

You can be sure their models don't get treated like crap! But the rest of us are so normal and unimportant, I guess it just isn't worth it to treat your customers like a supermodel.

A word of advice.
Next time you get one of those 50% off sale mailers, use it line your cat box or bird cage.

They never have the items in stock. When you order they do. When it's time to mail it out..beware! I'm never ordering from them again.

I can't look like a supermodel, so I'm going to shop for regular underwear for a regular gal. Don't be fooled by their slick advertising.

The merchandise is overpriced and I don't think it's worth all the pain so I don't have to feel my underwire bra cutting me to pieces.

For the person who thinks I'm making no sense, I beg to differ. I had paid for the items already when I charged them right? I get one and not the rest of my order. I am not informed of any change or told when I should expect the items. One item is promised then the other on backorder is suddenly discontinued. I understand sometimes items are in short supply but they could have at least informed me of this and when I should expect them and if the items weren't going to be mailed out anyway, at least the money should have been refunded immediately. I shouldn't have had to remind them! As for the gift card. I spent twice that amount on items that were supposedly on sale. I see the 25$ gift card as some sort of bribe. No money wasted if i use their return address label you know! Besides, a man wouldn't understand something like this. A company that offers a diamond encrusted bra to the highest bidder is held to higher standards. It was a real disppointment to know that they treat their models better than their customers. I bet I'm not the first customer who bought something and expecting to get their money's worth get shortchanged by customer service and a company that only sees the bottom line.

You contradict yourself so many times, perhaps you could clarify ...

Did you spend $45 on a bra, or did you buy your bras on a "50% off sale"?

Why should the store offer you a refund for an item that is backordered? When something is backordered, that means you are still going to get the item! Are you insinuating that you should get the item AND a refund?

Did the store rip you off? Or was there simply a misunderstanding for which they compensated you with a $25 gift card?

For someone who is so concerned with pinching pennies, it is rather insane of you to cut up a $25 gift card and send back to them. You do realize you will have to pay for a stamp to send it back?
