Victoria's Secret Deceptive Advertising Ocala, Florida

Victoria's Secret displays hugh ads in their store windows, as well as within the store to read Buy One Bra, get 50% off the Second. 

You would assume by this ad that all bras are offered, with the except on sale priced items, which is usually the industry standard when it comes to discounted items.

They would not honor this "ad" because the "bra" that I purchased was not included in this promotion.  When I confronted one of the store managers, that was she told me.  I indicated that the ads throughout the store, and there were many, do not indicate any exclusions to this promotion.  The manager could not honor my request.

I believe this to be false advertising.  The ads throughout the store, not one indicated there were any exclusions, only that the 50% off bra purchase was at an equal or lesser value, again, an industry standard.

Their products are high priced, so a chance to purchase an item at a discount gets the attention/attraction.  Unfortunately, Victoria's Secret, in my opinion, practices deceptive and false advertising just to lure you into their store.
