I had been going through some very tough times. In and out of the hospital for well over a year..plus financial difficulty. My friend purchases me a gift card to Victoria's Skin care and massage. This gift card has NO EXPIRATION date on it AT ALL!!!

About 1 1/2 yr later..I finally decide to use my gift card. I call the number to schedule my appointment and they tell me my card is expired. The own Victoria gets on the phone - checks in the system and clearly sees this card was purchased...not stolen...and still says I cannot use it.

I said to her how can something expire with no expiration datre on it? She sees that it is paid for..but will not honor me for services. I now have a gift card that I cannot use..and she has my firend's MONEY and will not give me services or refund my money.

It should be ILLGAL to sell gift cards with no expiration and apply your own expiration. I am going to tell the world about this wrong doing until she does what is right!
