I went through the Charlotte Observer web site and found a offer to win a free laptop. The offer is through e market research group. You have to sign up for six offers. Two on each page. For a total of six offers to win the IBM laptop. I completed several offers. One was the video professor free photoshop lesson. You pay only $6.95 for shipping and handling. The lesson arrived and my credit card was charged $60.95. I am a police detective and will be pursuing Criminal internet Fraud Charges against this company. If you have numerous victims out there please respond so I can get my Friends over at the Burea to help me take these guys Federally on a internet Fraud criminal indictment.
