I ordered the Video Professor Excel CD as advertised. I payed the $6.95 for the shipping/handling charge. I didn't know or see anywhere on the website about a $79.95 automatic charge to my debit card if I didn't cancel within 10 days of receiving the CDS.
I didn't realize it was a "free trial period." I honestly thought I was paying just for shipping/handling charges and that was it. I thought I was trying the Excel CDs for free.
I am usually good with recognizing the "free trial periods" and knowing they will bill if I don't cancel within a certain time frame. The website I was at didn't state anything about a "free trial period" at all.
I didn't know about the $79.95 charge until I rec'd the product and read the booklet that came with it.
