This response contains strategic omissions, misdirection and falsehoods. It is another example of this company's efforts to profit by deception and to violate the public trust.

Video Professor is a participant in a web of conspiracy and deception. Please bear with me as I explain the context of there response.

I arrived at Video Professor's website as a result of directions given at Project Payday's site where I was required to accept trial offers from a variety of advertisers, including Video Professor. It was stated some of the offers had small shipping and handling charges, but that since the money I would make by trying them was much more than the S&H charges, it would be well worth it.

Project Payday gave the motivation to take as many offers as possible to make the most money as possible. As a result of their motivational and misleading statements, it has taken me about three months to realize all the ongoing monthly fees and additional charges burried in the "Free Trial Offers" and I was never paid a dime by Project Payday.

The fact Video Professor chooses to associate with and acquire customers from a front company designed to manipulate, take advantage of, and steal from consumers, victims, as they are lured into Video Professor's system of customer abuse makes them part of the deception.

Video Professor's response did not address the time lags for processing my refund, nor the lack of truly helpful customer service representatives. My money was instantly transfered to them, but my refund took over 45 days and three frustrating phone calls to get back to me.

Their response didn't address how many victims have made the exact same mistake, whether motivated by trying to make extra money or not, I made by not clicking the "how it works" button, nor if they intend to make any changes in their approach to acquiring customers.

As a result of Video Professor refusing any responsibility for attacking me, damaging me, causing me emotional and financial losses, I will be posting my complaint on www.ripoffreport.com and continuing to seek a remedy for my losses and the continuing abuse by Video Professor of the public trust.

Video Professor is guilty of collusion, conspiracy, and willful deception of the public.

Video Professor is guilty of Federal Mail Order laws in spirit if not in letter, by delaying lawfully required refunds of products when returned within 30 days.

There are 244 complaints, similar to mine on www.ripoffreport.com

Video Professor is a sleazy excuse for a business orchastrating online muggings.

Video Professor failed to mention in their response why the $189.95 future charge wasn't disclosed on the front page. Obviously it isn't there because they know a larger percentage will purchase, a certain percentage won't notice the charge, a certain percentage won't persist in order to get a refund 45 to 60 days, a certain percentage will be too embarised to ask for a refund, thinking it was their fault, a certain percentage will buy after an encounter with their thuglike customer service people who require them to listen to a hard sell of the product when they call for a refund, and a certain percentage will through the product away, thinking they only paid $6.95 for it and have decided not to use it, so they will have nothing to return. Video Professor knows all of this and counts on these defaults and weaknesses of their victims to make a profit.

Video Professor has studied the art of hunting, trapping, and killing their prey just like any carnivor does. They operate their business on the level of a preditory animal leaving only destruction behind if their prey doesn't go along with their rape. They take much more than the cost of their product out of the lives of anyone who objects to being trapped, used and robbed by an army of demon possessed customer abuse personell whose only purpose is to punish people who want noting but a simple refund for a product they were duped into buying.

Most people, including myself, who are online trying to make extra money aren't very financially strong, so the 45 to 60 days delay in getting a refund of $189.95, a weeks net pay for many, causes other losses and financial hardships in the form of bounced check charges, late fees, and lack of money for essentials, like food.

$189.95 is nothing to a company committing fraud on a national basis, but it is a devistating loss to the demographic Video Professor preys on, especially since it is totally unexpected and isn't discovered until additional losses have already been incurred.

Shame on Video Professor and the agencies and laws that allow them to function.
