VIDEO PROFESSOR I ordered a "free disk", paid s&h, and was debited $189.99. Customer service is rude and always gives me the same answer...waited on the 30 days for refund and after 30 days, find myself with no money Internet

I signed up for the "free disk" trial of videoprofessor.com and was promptly debited $189.99 for the full lessons, which I had not signed up for. After returning the "free disk", the customer service rep. told me that I should receive a full refund within 30 business days. After have waited for 30 days, I called videoprofessor.com and received an answer saying it would be another 10-15 business days until they could process the "paperwork".
Every time I call, the same people give me the same answer, and when I ask for a supervisor, they always say "they just stepped into a meeting". Videoprofessor.com is the biggest scam I have ever encountered and steal your money.
If anyone is planning on a class-action suit against videoprofessor.com, PLEASE get in touch with me as I would LOVE to participate.
