Video Professor ripoff! Internet Colorado

I responded to an advertisement on the internet for the video professor and I could try out one of his lessons for a shipping fee of $6.95 and if I was not fully satisfied I could return it for a full refund of my shipping costs. When the computer lessons arrived there were 3 seperate lessons with a bill of $69.00.

I called the company and told them I was returning them that this was not what was advertised and I wanted credit on my charge card. They told me I could keep one of the lessons and I said I want to return them all. They did give me credit for the $69.00 for the returned lessons but I had to make several calls before I got the postage refund. It was only $6.95 but if you listen to him on TV he says if you are not totally satisfied I'll even refund your postage. I guess Video Professor has joined the band wagon of internet ripoffs.
