I watched the commercials for Video Professor for quite some time and decided i would order a risk free Video, you would only pay a small shipping charge (fair) then Video Professor would hope you would order future lessons from them for a fee. I ordered over the phone and gave a credit card for the shipping fee. The agent who took my order kept trying to upsell me but i refused. My order came and then another one about two weeks later. After checking my checking account i had been charged $5.95 and then two charges
of $189.95 twice as well as charges for 1.00 and 1.69. I was so upset and had checks bouncing everywhere! I called Video Professor and got the run around its been weeks and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!
