Video Professor's charges $189.95 to my bank account in seconds and then takes 6 weeks to refund me Denver Colorado Internet

The good news is I got my money back...the bad news is it took 8 phone calls and 2 conference calls with my bank which ended up delaying my credit an additional 6 weeks for fear of Video Professor charging back the refund before the legal 90-day period for mediation/resolve ended.

The final result is I will never do business with Video Professor even though I found their product to be good. Video Professor carries a "C" rating with the Better Business Bureau based almost entirely on its refund process. There is no excuse for a credit to be as simple as a debit if the customer has returned the product.

The fine print regarding the 10-day free trial period needs to be re-written to insure that a customer understands the necessity of notifying Video Professor whether he/she wants to keep the product or not. It is currently vague and buried under the big FREE print which lures customers to try out the product unaware that they will be slammed 10 days later with a $189.95 charge regardless of their intentions.

Good product...lousy business practice. Shame on them.
