Video Professor After 3 months and 6 phone calls, nothing Lakewood Colorado

My husband sent off for the free trial CD on the Video Professor program. Unfortunately, he missed the fine print and they charged us $189.95 when we didn't return it in the 10 days.
He called at the end of May after we received our statement from the bank and ask them to cancel our subscription and that we would like to return the CDs for a refund. By that time we had received another set of CDs in the mail and were charged another $189.95.
By this time we are so far overdrawn on our account that everything is bouncing. We did exactly what was asked of us and returned all packages along with the transaction # given to us and were told we would receive $385.85 in our account within 21 days. After the 21 days, we hadn't received anything so I called again.
They said they had some problem and it would be put back in our account in 7-10 days. Still nothing. Called again and they said the money is in our account as of 5:30 pm that night. We called the bank and they said there was no deposit like that.
I called back again and the next person told me there was nobody there by that name. Once again we were told 10-15 days. That brings us to last night. I called again and was told there are more problems and it would be in in 10-15 days again. We really need this money desperately.
