On 5/4 I purchased a Video Professor Digital Photography course. When I received it, it was no more intensive than the book that comes with the camera so I immediately called them and said it wasn't for me. I was told it was "no problem" and I returned it - at my expense - with delivery confirmation. They received the product on 5/12. On 5/18 I was charged $189 for my purchase, when I phoned I was told that they didn't have anything checked in for me yet but when and if they receive it I will get a refund. I didn't want my credit card charged in the first place, which is why I canceled and returned the product. This company is NOT reputable. I also see that the owner is trying to sue people who bash them online. Well, this is NOT a bash, it is the TRUTH, something that the good people at Video Professor don't understand.
