We bought a computer from a company in CA that resells monitors from Viewsonic. After 1 month it failed. Was very easy to get the RMA but then everything went downhill. After 4 months of lies and promises of new monitors we finally got it back. I have never been so appaled when opening up a return. The monitor was not only NOT NEW, is was scratched, burnt, pieces of plastic shaved off and the biggest surprise of all, 4 WOOD SCREWS stripped into the plastic for the adjustment.
I am contacting the AG of CA and my state, the BBB and every consumer page I can find. I was also told there are no supervisors when I call. LIARS!! If I lived localy, I would contact the media and burn this POS right in their parking lot on the 6 o'clock news. Pathetic!! These thieves need stopped. WOOD SCREWS IN A MONITOR!! Unbelieveable.

After fighting those losers at ViewSonic I contacted the business in which we got the monitor as part of a bundle. Xi Computers in San Clemente went out of their way to make things right. They replaced the monitor, even though they had zero obligation too as per the warranty. Bill went out of his way to make sure we got what we paid for and did so on their dime! Thank you Bill and also thanks to Sam in support.These 2 guys have taken care of us quit well in any of our support and sales needs and there is no hidden agenda.
